The book tells how to identify your Ginny Doll, her many outfits through the years, her clothing labels and family members. There are hundreds of photos, many in brilliant color. Collectors call this THE GINNY BIBLE. It is out of print except for a few personal copies. Blyston's Books sold it for $49 plus shipping. THE GINNY DOLL FAMILY is the first sequel and gives more information on Ginny as well as all of the Ginny family dolls. This includes, Jill, Jeff, Ginnette, Jimmy, Ginny Baby, Brikette, Angel Baby, Littlest Angel, Li'l Imp, Wee Imp, different forms of Jan, Miss Ginny as well as the Eloise Wilkin designed BABY DEAR series including Baby Dear One, Too Dear, Welcome Home Baby and Welcome Home Baby Turns Two. There are black and white and color photographs that help you identify both the dolls and their clothes. A PRICE GUIDE is included. Postpaid price is $22.
GINNY and VOGUE DOLLS is the second sequel with a great deal more on Ginny and all the family members mentioned above including again the interesting Eloise Wilkin Baby Dear series along with all the Vogue Dolls from 1922 to the present time. There are boy and girl dolls, babies too, with names such as Love Me Linda, Dream Babv, Cracker Jack, Toddles, Nicole, Star Brite, My Angel, Posey Pixie, etc. The early composition and hard plastic dolls are discussed. Truly, Vogue is one of the country's outstanding doll companies with a 75 year history. Many photos including color help identify these dolls and their clothing. An updated PRICE GUIDE is included. TROLL DOLLS is going out of print but there are a limited number still available. Who can forget the old folk tale about the three Billy Goats Gruff and the mean old troll who lived under the bridge and always harassed them? This book traces the history of all the little folk of the world such as elves, fairies, brownies, etc. and, of course, the little troll dolls which, in the form of dolls, always brought their owners good luck. Information is given on troll marks and makers, accessories and clothing. Blystone's Books sold this for $30 plus shipping. My price is $20 postpaid.
