Now for a information about World Pacific - the below was obtain from Wikipedia, the free
on line encyclopedia.
World Pacific Records is the record label which distributed Horizon Records from 1960
till 1963.
Horizon Records was started as a Folk and blues record label by Dave Hubert in 1960.
It was originally distributed by World Pacific Records. When Vee-Jay Records acquired
World Pacific in 1963, it also took over the distribution of Horizon.
So let me see if I have this correct - a label that distributed another label that was
distrbuted by the label that was to distribute that label. - yes I see - No information
here on that label. - thank you for telling us very little about nothing.
The only thing here is that the one listing we have - WP 1416 - is Ravi Shankar, the
sitar man, before the Beatles found him, he was already very well known in the middle
Eastern world of music - long before 'Westerns' found him.
